College of Computing and Software Engineering needed to set up a dynamic TV Billboard outside the
dean's office to present content to the public. The content might include news,
marketing, events, announcements, etc. The team was tasked to research the needs
of the college, compare solutions, and design/implement the recommended
solution. The team chose and implement the solution based on NoviSign, a cloud-based Digital Signage system.
College of Computing and Software Engineering needed to set up a secure file sharing system for
the college to satisfy the needs of all college stakeholders (faculty, admin,
staff, students, guest, etc.). A student team was charged to implement a Windows Server based solution, and also conducted security and risk
analysis of the system. The student team has created a
proof-of-concept prototype on the experiment site (virtual machines).
